Prerequisites

Wagombea wanaotaka kufundishwa na kuzingatiwa kwa kufuzu hili lazima wawe na hati mbili (2) kutoka hati ya msingi ya ITIL na lazima, kwa kiwango cha chini, wamepata mikopo zaidi ya 15 kwa jumla ya mikopo ya 17. Vidokezo vya 15 vinaweza kupatikana kutoka kwa sifa za ITIL kati. Baadhi ya sifa kutoka kwa sifa za zamani za ITIL na sifa za ziada zinaweza pia kuhesabu mikopo ya 15.
